Brushing out tight mats hurts — so for severely matted coats we'll recommend a shave-down rather than putting your pup through that. The good news? Full grooms typically take 2 to 3 hours depending on size, coat condition, and the style you're going for. We never rush the process, and we'll send a "ready for pickup" text as soon as your dog is finished.
